Through the Archway

Walk through the gateway off Teeling Street, past Tom McSharry's solicitors, and you will find us. A little courtyard cafe, tucked away from the traffic, right in the heart of Sligo town.

We have been feeding locals here for years. Homemade soups every morning, sandwiches made to order, toasties that hit the spot, and Mrs Keaveney's apple pie that people cross the town for.

The courtyard is the thing. When the sun comes out, there is no better spot in Sligo. Sheltered, safe for kids, quiet enough to hear yourself think. It is not fancy. It is just good food, good coffee, and a good place to sit.

“Simply cannot be beaten for value and the homemade taste.”
